About the owner — Bunyawee (Lee) Panlapa

Bunyawee “Lee” Panlapa is the owner of ChabaPrai Massage & Spa.
She founded ChabaPrai in 2015 and took full ownership of the massage salon in 2018.

With many years of experience working in massage salons and spas, Lee understands what guests truly need:
a feeling of safety, comfort, and genuine care.

When she took over the salon, Lee reorganised the space to improve the guest experience.
Private treatment rooms were created so guests could fully relax and enjoy their massage in their own quiet, personal space.

Her vision is clear:
every guest should leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and well looked after.

Experienced therapists and professional standards

At ChabaPrai, we work exclusively with experienced and well-trained therapists.

  • Most of our therapists are senior in their field

  • All therapists receive internal training

  • Treatments are adapted to the guest’s needs and preferences

Before each treatment, guests complete a short consultation form. This helps our team understand where extra attention is needed — or which areas should be avoided.

In 2023, Lee expanded ChabaPrai to better serve the growing number of guests visiting Chiang Mai.

In addition to the original massage salon, ChabaPrai Spa was opened — also located in the Old City.
